Rooted in holistic wellness, Ruth integrates physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual aspects into her practice. As a licensed therapist and educator specializing in somatic trauma healing, she is passionate about addressing inequities in mental health and wellness for marginalized communities of color. Ruth offers a bottom-up approach to psychotherapy, breathwork, sound healing, and wellness workshops, tailoring her methods to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
